

INCUBATOR KITCHEN MANAGER POSITION PROFESSIONAL


This position reports to the Board of Directors of the Cape Cod Culinary Incubator. The manager provides logistical and administrative support to users and ensures that the commercial kitchen meets the CCCI mission of assisting food entrepreneurs in launching and managing successful businesses by providing: (1) a fully licensed and equipped commercial kitchen they can use for the development and ongoing preparation of their food products and (2) professional food industry technical assistance designed to improve their business operations, market penetration, profit, economic scale and sustainability. The Commercial Kitchen Manager is responsible for the daily operations of the approximately 1,500 square-foot commercial kitchen at KAM Appliances. Previous experience in an administrative role.Self-starter, proactive, not afraid to speak up when warranted.Police and improve incubator surroundings.Assist in planning events by communicating with marketing coordinators and event organizers.Assist in tracking the laboratory-related purchases.Maintain/schedules common area, kitchen, conference room monitor office supplies.Relay the COO informal needs of residents and other BIOINC supporters.Filter incoming traffic for COO, such that priority contact is completed and confirmed and non-priority traffic is served accordingly.Receive, direct and confirm connection of internal and external requests, such as resident and program requests such as for Mentee/Mentors.
